What You'll Do

- Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Engaging with our online community and managing customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate for our Social Media Manager role is a social media-savvy individual with a strong creative flair, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in digital marketing. You should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (including their respective ad platforms) and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
